Amanova™ and the Amanova logo are trademarks of SMH Global Services. The software is open source; the name, logo, website and content are not.
Trademarks
Amanova™ and the Amanova logo (the open letter A with a gold arc rising to a four-point star) are trademarks of SMH Global Services. They may not be used, including in company, product or domain names, advertising or social media, without our written permission. Customers and partners may use the name Amanova to describe, accurately, how they use the product.

Software licence
The Amanova application is built on the Frappe Framework (MIT licence), ERPNext and Frappe Lending (GNU General Public License v3), and is itself distributed under the GNU General Public License v3. Anyone who receives the software may use, study, change and share it under that licence, and is entitled to its complete source code. The licence does not grant any right to the Amanova name or logo. Hosting, updates, country-pack content, support and implementation are provided under a signed agreement with SMH Global Services. Source code requests: legal@amanova.app.
Names of other organisations
The names of regulators, credit bureaus, identity services, payment schemes and wallets on this site (for example SBP, SAMA, CBUAE, NADRA, SIMAH, M-Pesa and bKash) and the names of our clients belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not mean they endorse Amanova, and Amanova is not affiliated with any regulator. "Frappe" and "ERPNext" are trademarks of Frappe Technologies Pvt. Ltd., which does not endorse Amanova.
