Privacy notice for this website and the demo.
This notice covers amanova.app and the public demo. Customer data inside a lender's Amanova is controlled by that lender under its own privacy notice and the law that applies to it.
What we collect
- Messages you send us. If you email us or use the contact form (which opens your own email app), we receive what you write and your email address, and use them only to reply and to arrange what you asked for.
- Demo registration. If you register for the demo, we keep your name, work email, institution, country and the date, send you a one-time code and your login, and may follow up once or twice about your evaluation. Every follow-up has an unsubscribe link.
- Server logs. Our web server records technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the service secure and working. Logs are kept for a limited time.
What we do not collect
- This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no third-party trackers. It remembers your language with a cookie.
- The demo contains fictional data only. Please do not enter real customer data; demo data is reset regularly.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to privacy@amanova.app. Where data-protection laws such as Pakistan's, the Saudi PDPL, the UAE PDPL, the Nigeria Data Protection Act, the Kenya Data Protection Act or the GDPR apply, we follow them.
