1. Who we are
This website and the Amanova demonstration environment are operated by SMH Global Services (Pvt.) Limited and its affiliated companies in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (together, "SMH Global", "we", "us"). Amanova is a product of SMH Global. 2. Information only, not advice
Everything on this website, in our presentations and in the demonstration environment is general information about our software. It is not financial, credit, legal, regulatory, Shariah, tax, accounting or investment advice, and it is not an offer of credit or of any financial product to any person. Lending decisions, product terms and compliance remain the sole responsibility of the licensed institution that uses the software. You should obtain your own professional advice before acting on any information here.
3. Regulatory and market content is indicative
Descriptions of laws, regulations, regulators, credit bureaus, identity services, payment systems, limits, caps, rates and reporting requirements in any country are summaries prepared from public sources at a point in time. They may be incomplete, may have changed and may be interpreted differently by the relevant authority. Country packs, rules, scorecards, templates and calculations supplied with Amanova are starting points that each institution must review, configure, validate and approve with its own compliance, legal, risk and Shariah functions before use. SMH Global does not warrant that any configuration meets the requirements of any regulator.
4. The demonstration environment
The Amanova demo is provided only to show how the software works. All people, institutions, identity numbers, mobile numbers, documents, bank statements, credit reports, loans and figures in it are fictional. Any resemblance to real persons or institutions is coincidental. Do not enter real personal, customer or confidential data into the demo. The demo may be reset, changed, interrupted or withdrawn at any time without notice, and nothing in it is retained as a record. Access is given at our discretion and may be revoked; you must not test the security of, overload, copy, scrape, reverse engineer or otherwise misuse the demo.
5. Artificial intelligence features
Amanova includes features that use automated analysis and, where an institution chooses, AI models (for example document reading, statement analysis, fraud signals, credit memo drafts, decision reasons and an assistant). Their outputs are aids to human judgement and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. They are designed to be reviewed by a qualified person before any decision affecting a customer. Each institution is responsible for its own model governance, testing, fairness monitoring, customer disclosures and for any decision it makes.
6. No warranty
This website, the demo and all related material are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, non-infringement, merchantability, satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Any warranty for the licensed software is given only in a signed agreement with SMH Global and only to the extent stated in it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMH Global, its affiliates, directors, partners, employees, agents and licensors will not be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or connected with this website, the demo or any related material, or from any decision made or action taken in reliance on them, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or opportunity, even if advised that such loss was possible. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Intellectual property and licensing
The Amanova name and logo, this website, its text, images and design, and the documentation and presentations we share are owned by or licensed to SMH Global. You may view this website to evaluate our products; you may not copy, republish, frame or create derivative works from its content for any other purpose without our written consent. The Amanova application is built on open-source components (the Frappe Framework under the MIT licence, and ERPNext and Frappe Lending under the GNU General Public License v3) and is itself distributed under the GNU General Public License v3; anyone who receives the software has the rights that licence grants, including access to its source code. That licence does not extend to the Amanova name or logo. Hosting, updates, country-pack content, support and implementation are provided only under a signed agreement with SMH Global. The notices required by these licences are shown on the product's Legal Notices page and in our trademarks and copyright page.
9. Trademarks
Amanova and SMH Global are trademarks of SMH Global. Names of regulators, credit bureaus, identity services, payment schemes, mobile wallets, banks, technology providers and other organisations mentioned on this website are used only to describe compatibility or context and belong to their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement, partnership or certification unless we state so expressly.
10. Third-party links and services
This website may link to websites or services run by others, and the software may connect to third-party services chosen by an institution. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and under their terms.
11. Privacy
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you write to us, we use your details only to reply and to discuss our products with you, and we do not sell them. Personal data processed by an institution using Amanova is controlled by that institution under its own privacy notice and applicable law.
12. Confidentiality of material we share
Pricing, proposals, presentations, architecture documents and demo access that we share with a prospective customer are confidential and are provided for that customer's evaluation only. They must not be disclosed to third parties without our written consent.
13. Changes
We may update this website, the demo and this notice at any time. The version published here applies from the date shown above.
14. Governing law
This notice and any dispute about this website or the demo are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts at Karachi have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement with SMH Global says otherwise.
