Standards and compliance
Gates stop an approval until the checks are done: KYC and sanctions screening, debt burden limits, Key Fact Statements, Shariah approval for Islamic products, and the reports your regulator and financial intelligence unit expect.
Compliance is part of the workflow
- KYC, PEP and sanctions screening with periodic review
- Credit bureau reporting files and enquiries
- Key Fact Statements, APR and cooling-off periods
- Suspicious and cash transaction reports
- Consent records and data kept in your country
- Full audit trail for every decision and AI result
Data residency and regulation
Amanova is designed so you can meet the rules that apply to you. Your compliance function decides how; here is how the product helps.
| Requirement | How Amanova helps |
|---|---|
| State Bank of Pakistan outsourcing and cloud rules | Run it on your own servers or an approved cloud in Pakistan; backups and exit stay under your control. |
| SAMA cloud and outsourcing rules (Saudi Arabia) | Install on your own servers or an in-Kingdom cloud; AI can be limited to on-premises models. |
| CBUAE outsourcing rules and the UAE PDPL | Deployment on infrastructure you choose, with consent records and data kept where you decide. |
| Bangladesh Bank digital-lending storage rules | Run the Bangladesh entity in Bangladesh, separate from other countries. |
| Nigeria Data Protection Act, Kenya Data Protection Act | Consent captured and stored for every check; customers' data stays in the deployment you choose. |
| Fair lending and explainability | Every decision shows the factors that helped and held it back, and declined customers get reasons they can act on. |

Islamic and conventional products, side by side.
Personal, salary-backed, SME and gold-backed finance, with Murabaha, Ijarah, Diminishing Musharakah and Tawarruq for Islamic products. Each product carries its own limits, pricing, documents and disclosures for each country.
Does it support Islamic financing?
Yes. Murabaha, Tawarruq, Ijarah and Diminishing Musharaka products carry their contract type, profit-rate wording and Shariah board reference, and late-payment charges go to a charity account.
